Banana protein bar
Great healthy snack option for the whole family
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup of natural peanut butter OR almond butter
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups of oats
1 serve Orbit Nutrition Vanilla Whey Protein
1/2 cup of granola
Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- Mix mashed banana, vanilla & peanut butter together until combined.
- Add cinnamon, protein, oats and mix until mixture is combined.
- Line baking tray with baking paper
- Put mixture into baking tray and place in the oven for 25 - 30 minutes
- Place onto a cooling rack until cool and cut into bar shapes.
- Store in an air-tight container.
