Mini ‘No Guilt” Donuts


Ingredients

 

For the Chocolate and Cream Mini Donuts

  • 4 scoops Orbit Nutrition Grass Fed Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • ¼ cup granular Swerve or raw stevia
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut/almond milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil

 

For the Chocolate Protein Icing

  • 2 scoops Orbit Nutrition Grass Fed Whey Protein Powder
  • ½ cup confectioners Swerve or raw stevia
  • 5 Tablespoons unsweetened almond or coconut milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • a crack of sea salt

 

 

Instructions

  1. Whisk the protein powder, baking powder, coconut flour, Swerve, and salt together. Use a whisk to fully combine.
  2. In another bowl, whip the eggs and mix in the almond/coconut milk. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined. Stir in the melted coconut oil.
  3. In another bowl, combine the icing ingredients. Whisk until fully combined.
  4. In using an oven and mini donut pan: grease each donut mold with coconut oil and fill with batter. Bake for 6 minutes at 180 degrees C. Remove from the oven and cover with the prepared icing. Enjoy!
