Mini ‘No Guilt” Donuts
Ingredients
For the Chocolate and Cream Mini Donuts
- 4 scoops Orbit Nutrition Grass Fed Whey Protein Powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup granular Swerve or raw stevia
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut/almond milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil
For the Chocolate Protein Icing
- 2 scoops Orbit Nutrition Grass Fed Whey Protein Powder
- ½ cup confectioners Swerve or raw stevia
- 5 Tablespoons unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- a crack of sea salt
Instructions
- Whisk the protein powder, baking powder, coconut flour, Swerve, and salt together. Use a whisk to fully combine.
- In another bowl, whip the eggs and mix in the almond/coconut milk. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until fully combined. Stir in the melted coconut oil.
- In another bowl, combine the icing ingredients. Whisk until fully combined.
- In using an oven and mini donut pan: grease each donut mold with coconut oil and fill with batter. Bake for 6 minutes at 180 degrees C. Remove from the oven and cover with the prepared icing. Enjoy!
