Protein Nutella Doughnuts
Fall in love with these tasty choc/hazelnut doughnuts that can be enjoyed without the guilt
Ingredients
For the dough
- 2 scoops Orbit Nutrition Protein - Chocolate
- 60g egg whites
- 50ml Almond milk
- 50g plain flour
- 100g no fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon Erythritol or Monk fruit
- 1 tea spoon baking powder
Icing:
- 10g Orbit Nutrition Protein - Chocolate
- 85g no fat Greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon Nutella or hazelnut spread
- 1 tea spoon Cacao powder
- 1 tea spoon Erythritol or Monk fruit
Instructions

Step 1:
Preheat oven to 180C and prepare a doughnut baking tray with spray oil.
For the dough

Step 1:
Combine protein, flour, baking powder and sweetener, stir in egg whites, yoghurt and milk.

Step 2:
Pour mixture into a prepared baking tray and bake for 10-12 minutes.

Step 3:
Allow to cool before icing.
For the icing

Step 1:
Combine all ingredients, then refrigerate until doughnuts are completely cool.

Step 2:
Ice doughnuts and place in the fridge to set.
